Scott has finally got around to installing the crane he purchased last year to aid in putting the motors on the boats.

As Scott says, “I’m too old to be picking up 40 hp motors anymore so we installed a crane. My back will be so happy. LOL missing all of you guys. Hope to open soon”.

I wish I had taken more photos of the process of him putting up this crane:) He poured a huge cement base with bolt patterns set in the cement to make the installation easier. He then preceded to sand and paint the crane once it was in place. He likes things to look good:)

Today is May 26th and we reached a high of 30C today. It will be nice to have Spring temps return in a couple of days.  Fay and I only have 2 more cottages to Spring clean then were done until guests arrive.  Below is a photo of Scott pressure washing another large section of rock, this one by Hi-View Cottage. We love the look of natural rock!
