What a difference a few hours make. Woke up to -18C this morning and thankfully only a few cms of snow.
If the weather forecast is at all accurate we’ll have enough ice to start taking the huts out next Monday.

Scott & I went down to the ice this afternoon and it’s measuring a good 4″. Finally some good solid ice!
It’s a beautiful, brisk, bright sunny day out there today. I was definitely glad I had put on several layers today!

Just looked @ the weather forecast and they are calling for between 5 to 10 cms of snow tomorrow – The less the better!
