Fish hit late last night

Scott & I finally got out fishing together last night and found the fish hit late in the evening. It was a gorgeous evening and we spent the first hour watching the sailboats and the Chief Commanda take a tour of Callander Bay. There’s something very relaxing watching over a dozen sailboats out for the evening.

We got out @ around 7:00 p.m. and the fish didn’t start hitting until 8.  Within an hour I had caught 12 and Scott had caught 4. We were both using the same colour jighead and Scott started to stand in front of me so he would catch a fish. (At one point it was 7 to 0:)  I caught 1 keeper Walleye and several others were just shy of keepers. I caught a beautiful sunfish and wished I had the camera to hopefully show the colours.

No pics though as we forgot the cell phone @ home.  It was great to be out on the water again and even better to have schooled Scott:)
