Finally….Lake Nipissing is now open for fishing!

What a frustrating week!!! Our Internet connection drops to almost zero a week before opening. I’ve not been able to download any pictures to Dropbox and trying to respond to emails reminds me of dial up connection from the early 80’s. You sit there and watch the arrow spin for 30 seconds and if you’re really lucky it will send the email, if not you get a “timed out” error message.
I’ve always considered myself a patient person but this has pushed all boundaries.

It took a few days for our service provider to decide a technician should come out to the site and of course he can’t come until after the long weekend:)

Enough about my frustrations….The weather is absolutely amazing out there today and I heard some of our boats heading out at 5 a.m. this morning.
Scott & I went out for a boat ride last night and the temps were 27C, calm waters, beautiful sunshine. Can’t wait to do some fishing hopefully later today.
