Woke up to -23C this morning. It’s a cold one out there!

Scott has made sure all furnaces and stoves etc. are working correctly. He also drilled holes under every hut to see if we had any issues with water coming up. Only one hut had  a bit of water coming up and that hut is in a location where he didn’t get a chance to flood as much as he did where the other huts are.  As the huts are not banked yet there is lots of time to increase the ice under the huts.

All huts are getting a thorough cleaning today and all the pots/pans, dishes/utensils etc. are being put into the huts.
