We’ve been working hard this past fall on renovating Hilltop Cottage. Not the best fall for putting on new shingles and new siding. We had a couple of nasty snowstorms in November and sad to say but we actually had ice formed across the channel prior to the end of November.  

We spent a couple of weeks over the holiday season visiting family in southern Ontario. Hard to come back to 30 cms of snow when some people in southern Ontario were actually out cutting their grass in December:) I even saw someone out on their motorcycle on Christmas day.
