Scott is constantly maintaining the boats. He pulls a boat periodically and gives it a quick coat of paint so that it looks new. That’s one of the things Scott enjoys about owning the resort is that he has such a wide variety of things to do. He never has time to get bored or feel that he’s stuck doing a repetitive task over and over again.
