Fishing has definitely picked up within the last few days. Scott and I haven’t managed to make it out on the lake as often as I’d like but yesterday we went out for about a half hour and caught 5 Walleye. It’s always fun when the “bite is on”!!!
We were surprised with how windy it was in Callander Bay yesterday. We tucked ourselves in behind an island and the Walleye were in ~ 17′ of water. Beautiful summer like weather yesterday – sunny and it went up to 23C. Today  is supposed to go up to 25C.

One of the groups here last week were Pike fishing and were very happy with the number of Pike and the size of Pike they caught. (I’m still waiting for the pictures Jamie:)
