Evening Fishing on Lake Nipissing
Scott and I had a great evening of fishing on Lake Nipissing a couple of nights ago. (Wednesday August 19th)
We were trying new locations and found a spot that hit around 7:30 p.m. We caught several Smallmouth Bass, a couple of Walleye – 1 keeper, and several Drum which gave a great fight. I told Scott I thought I had a Drum on the line when in actuality it was the keeper Walleye. It gave a much bigger fight than I usually get from Walleye. We caught all fish in ~ 10′ to 12′ of water.
It’s hard to believe that summer is almost over and we’ll be moving into Fall fishing shortly.
